Maybe go back 100 years ago, it's a very, very special time. Negative, but it's an experience.

[Interviewer]

How has COVID-19 impacted your daily life?

[Grace]

Actually, COVID-19 impacted my life a lot. The first, I lost a job. The second, I changed my lifestyle. I used to have activities like swimming. Now I cannot swim anymore. Normally I'm social with friends. I visited my friends, have fun, I ... because of COVID-19, we are isolate so we haven't seen each other for a few months, but recently things have changed, getting better. We are now together, having fun together.

[Interviewer]

What did you under-appreciate before COVID that you appreciate more now?

[Grace]

Okay. Actually, before, because I have a regular wonderful, happy life honestly. I never think about is I'm so lucky. After this happened, I found my life change affect me and the most of it is a negative way. Now I so appreciate I'm healthy, I'm happy, I have friends. That's very important for me.

[Interviewer]

How will the pandemic change society once it's over?

[Grace]

Sorry, give me a second. Oh, I think after it's over, I will more appreciate my life and I will more active enjoying every day. Yes, I think healthy is very important for everybody.

[Interviewer]

How did isolation affect you and how has this impacted your relationships with family and your friends?

[Grace]

Yes. I know the negative way is I cannot see my friends. I'm so sad because we have a good relationship ... having fun but another way is more close to my family member. We have more time enjoying the time together. That's a good way. I would never think as oh, with my husband from 24 hours a day on a seven days a week. Before we are busy working and do something separate. We have short time, but now more closer, even more better relationship.

[Interviewer]

What pre-COVID memory keeps you hopeful and what possible future keeps you going?

[Grace]

I think that this is in our life, it's never happened even for this century. Maybe go back 100 years ago, it's a very, very special time. Negative, but it's an experience. We learn a lot. It's changed the world. It changed the people. The way working and the life, and even business, study, everything. I think start now, people will think, "Oh, in the future, how do we live?" Maybe we change, allow it. Shopping, activity, working. Do we need all this too much? Something like that. How to buy normal grocery, right? I see a lot of change. A lot of things change.

[Interviewer]

That's it. Thank you very much for being a part of our project.

[Grace]

You're very welcome.
